We require 24 hour notice to cancel or pause service. Please do that through our Contact page. Canceling or pausing in the middle of the billing cycle will not result in a refund, we will complete the services for the month billed.

Military Veterans receive 10% off every month as a way to thank our veterans. We also offer a one-time credit towards your next months service if you leave us a review on Google or Facebook.

Yes! If no aggressive behavior is exhibited, we are perfectly fine with having a buddy while we clean.
If your dog is aggressive toward us, we will ask that the dog is taken inside while we are there. We reserve the right to cancel any services if we feel unsafe on your property.
